I really want you to love your purchase, but I understand that sometimes things don't work out.
If you need to make a return, please reach out to me within 14 working days of receiving your order. It would be appreciated that returned items reach back to me within 14 days to qualify for a refund.
For a smooth return process, please ensure the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, items that don't meet these requirements or the time frame, or are non-returnable, won't be eligible for a refund.
To send back your items, you'll be responsible for the return postage costs. I recommend using a tracked method with proof of postage, as we can't refund lost returns.
While I take great care in packaging all orders, accidents can happen during transit. If, by rare chance, your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me as soon as you receive it at hello@mandywong.co.uk, but no later than 14 days after delivery.
